2 Tbsp Dandy Blend in 12 0z. Hot Water OR 12 oz. Dark Brewed Roasted Dandelion Root Tea
1 1/2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
1 teaspoon Codyceps or Reishi Powder
1 teaspoon Maca Powder
1/3 Cup Almond Milk or Coconut Milk OR Splash Creamer
Raw Sugar or Stevia to Taste
