Celery Apple Juice and Why it's Amazing
Okay so Celery Juice is pretty much a magical healing elixir. I have to question at times what celery can't do nutritionally and for preventing disease. Here's a little run down. This stuff is HIGHLY alkalizing. The important minerals in this magical juice balance the body’s blood pH, neutralizing acidity. It also has a lot of naturally occurring sodium and electrolytes so it's the real deal for hydration or post work out. That organic sodium tactually reduces blood pressure rather than increases it. Drinking celery juice daily significantly helps lower blood pressure. A compound called phtalides help relax the muscle around arteries, increasing ease of circulation.
